3 normal sized tomatoes, top cut off and seeds scooped out
100g white crab meat
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1 triangle laughing cow light
1 scallion, finely chopped
Pinch of black pepper
10g Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced
Method
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix the crab meat, herbs and spices, scallions and laughing cow light together in a bowl until it makes a kind of paste.
- Scoop it into the tomatoes and top with the mozzarella
- Bake for 15 - 20 mins until the cheese is bubbly and melty
- Serve with a side salad
